Great quality! To put them on is as hard as give a birth. Out of the box it is smaller then the wheel. Heated it in a microwave oven for 4 minutes on 50% power. Lubricated one side of a wheel with some soap. Tire it up with a strip to one side of the wheel and stetched it - to other side with screwdrivers.

I didnt still not used the scooter, but it was really hard to install this tire. I asked help from mechanical workshop of my company, the guys were able to install it with the same device that they use to install and remove tires from car wheels. As this tire resisted this strong device i suppose to be a good quality. I just installed the rear tire until now.
